Hi,
We have been running SBS2003 premium for around 18 months with not too much hassle. However, we have recently decided to move the hosting of our website, and have signed up for a dedicated server. We have been issued with an IP address so that we can upload and test our re-vamped website, and this has been done by my colleague from his home with no problem.
Unfortunately, in the office we are behing ISA2004, and whilst we can navigate to the IP address and see the welcome screen, when we go to log in we get an error message;
Network Access Message: The page cannot be displayed
Technical Information (for Support personnel)
Error Code: 502 Proxy Error. The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) port is not allowed. ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL requests from this port. Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL requests. (12204)
IP Address: 192.168.16.2

Source: proxy
I'm afraid that ports and such things are a foreign language to me. I have tried to create an allow rule for all IP traffic to the allocated IP address, but that hasn't made any difference.
Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated. The support people have just come back with;
To access the control panels at 89.145.77.XXX you would need to open port 19638 on your ISA firewall.
How do I do that?
