VPN connections are denied.
 
OS: SBS 2003 Premium SP2
CEICW and Remote Access have both been configured for VPN.
Firewall Policy to Traffic between VPN Clients and Internal networks is enabled
 
ISA error is:
 
Denied Connection      BE-SERVER 11/14/2007 10:58:26 AM
Log type: Firewall service
Status: The policy rules do not allow the user request.
Rule: Default rule
Source: External ( 72.160.x.x:500)

No I didn't resolve it yet.  It landed on the back burner, but still very much worth knowing how to resolve.

Does a PPTP vpn connection work?
Please, post an ipconfig /all from the server and a workstation. Open a command prompt by opening Start -> Run from the Start Menu and type cmd. From the command prompt type ipconfig /all >ip.txt. Attach this file to your answer.
