Hi:

We just moved our website to a dedicated web server that we can access using Plesk ver. 8.2.1.  I cannot access Plesk when we try it from any client connected to our SBS 2003.

From any browser we just type https://www.domain_name.com:8443 to access Plesk, but I get the following error:

Network Access Message: The page cannot be displayed

Technical Information (for Support personnel)
Error Code: 502 Proxy Error. The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) port is not allowed. ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL requests from this port. Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL requests. (12204)
IP Address: 192.168.16.2
Date: 11/16/2007 2:43:49 AM
Server: server1.elamanecer1.local
Source: proxy

Do I need to open port 8443 or modify port 443?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Marc

you need to extend your SSL tunnel range to include port 8443.

you can download some tools to do this from www.isaserver.org - i use isa_tpr.js but there are GUI tools available.

there is also a microsoft document on how to do this but i beleive it requires you to be able to write VBS scripts - which i dont :P - there was another post about this a short time ago, have a look through the rest of the forum, you might be able to find it.
