I have problems reaching a external CRM application on port 5555

My server
Windows 2003 SBS R2 with ISA 2004 installed.
SSL port 5555 is open
port 5555 is forwarded in the modem to the SBS 2003 server.

Website i have te reach is http://crm.emesa.nl
But i can't even ping this website on de isa server.

If i'm using a other PC outside the network everting is working fine.

PLEASE Help me

you probably have a few issues here, which all look like the same thing.

firstly, are you allowing pings to the external network from the isa server. this can be checked by using the ISA monitoring / logging feature to monitor traffic from the server in real time.

so i would run that first and see if your pings are allowed/denied.

i would guess that you will need to define a protocol for port 5555 and also create a custom access rule to allow this traffic out.

are you using the firewall client software?

also is this 5555 connection tunneld over http or is it just a connection on tcp/udp 5555?
