I am following your documentation to install Blackberry Enterprise onto my SBS2003 server.  I do not have ISA2004 installed, my questions are which account do i install the software under administrator or BESAdmin?  and which account to I configure/set-up the backberry settings under administrator or BESAdmin as the documentation is not clear on that?

Many thanks

You do all with the BESAdmin account.
