Internet Connection Wizard Will Not Bind Ports 80, 443, and 444 To ISA 2004
I changed a certificate by mistake that had the effect of shuting down remote access to ports 80, 443, 444 by removing the ISA binding to the outside NIC.   When I tried to correct my mistake by running Internet Connection Wizard the wizard I receive an error message stating that ISA cannot create the bindings for ports 80, 443, 444 because they are being used by another service.  After some research, I discovered the error message is "basically" correct in that IIS appears to be binding the ports before ISA can create its binding.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Daniel,

Please, post an ipconfig /all from the server and a workstation. Open a command prompt by opening Start -> Run from the Start Menu and type cmd. From the command prompt type ipconfig /all >ip.txt. Attach this file to your answer.
Does the CEICW finish successfully?
