currently i have sbs 2003 r2 premium installed, a 25 node domain, static wan i.p. and a cisco asa5505 firewall/router sitting out in front.

two users use remote desktop to get back into the network fine at the moment and i very well could leave everything alone and be o.k. but i am looking to use the monitoring features (logging and reporting) built into ISA to keep tabs on and add limits to multiple other users

question is,

- can i go back through the install and install ISA without issue? i will do a complete image of the server currently before doing so so i can put it back if all goes south.

- the two users that remote back in are on Mac's who run windows in a VM - wouldn't think there would be any issues.

You can install ISA any time you choose its not a requirement to do it when you first setup your server... I would do that full back up thou, just in case ; ) ...

Should have no issues with the MACs there using TCP/IP just like everything else on the Internet.
