How is the user trying to access webmail? From outside the firewall?

As Webmain internally should work right off the bat...

The firewall is no problem. All just ports are open through nat (other users work fine with webmail) i just dont know (forgotten) which procedure to follow to enable webmail for this new user. I enabled the HTTP protocol but still get the login window back (from ie client). When i login as another user the webmail interface works fine. I also checked the login/password combination.

Any ideas?

Kind regards,  Aad

Hi Aad,

Do you get any error? Does the eventlog have any clues?
