Hi All,

I have a client running an SBS2000 server. Most users are on outlook 2000.

Oneuser cannot access the signature option in outlook, as it is greyed out.

I have done some research and it would seem the only fix I can find is to reinstall outlook. Is there anything else I can try?

Cheers,
Giov

Hi Giov,

If you login as another user, does the same problem occur? If not, I would delete the Outlook profile of the troubled user and recreate it.

Marina Roos Smallbizserver.Net AdministratorMission accomplished. We have joined the branch office to our SBS 2003 Headquarters and have the same user experience on the branch office as we have on our local  network at the Headquarters. Want to know how?
