Hi,

My client uses outlook 2003 and has 2 email accounts on the one workstation. He can receive mail to either account but can only reply or send mail from one of the two accounts. If he tries to reply or send mail from the other account he gets the error

I have other users that have this enabled on their client workstations. but I can't for the life of me think what setting or tick box i've missed. and I don't doubt for a second I'm being a complete numpty on this one.

Any help much appreciated.

Regards

I am also in the similar case. I searched the forum and found some POP3 solution, my company blocked the POP3 service and only be available to connect from Exchange account using Outlook 2003. Any solution using SMTP only will be great.

Many thanks.
