I have a client that recently had over 70 GB of Exchange Server logs.  They tried doing a "Normal" backup using NTBackup, but the log files were not deleted.  Unfortunatley, they manually deleted these files, but kept the ones forthe current month.  Exchange is working fine, but the NTBackup utility is still not deleting any log files after a successfull completion of the Exchange Information Store.  I did double check there settings and they selected the both storage groups inside the store.  We have tried running a scheduled backup one while we were logged in, but the log files are still there.
 
Has anyone seen anything like this before?

You have to check the Microsoft Exchange Store hive in the backup utility. But why aren't you using SBS Backup?
