My SBS box is SBS2003R2 Premium w/ ISA2004. I've joined two Vista desktops to the domain with connectcomputer without a problem. Also joined an XP Pro and an XP 64 box. I have one more Vista box to join but I get a msg that "Client Setup Cannot Migrate Private User Settings" with "tips" on what to do if you have an XP box or a Win2K box. Well, this is a Vista box. I changed ownership of the whole user profile from System to Administrators as my other boxes are. I've shared the whole profile with full control permissions. It's not working. As always, any help would be most appreciated...

Yea, I tried first changing owner and then deleting the problem folder. I was able to join the domain then, but
when I logged in it was like safe mode sideways and upside down, inside out. Really wierd stuff. So, I rebuilt the machine.
Now it works fine, lasts a long time...

Thanks to all who helped...

Sweet. Don't forget to mark this thread as complete. So others know this has been solved.

If we are browsing the forum, we can ignore the ones with a green check mark, and spend our precious time on open thread. This saves us a lot of time and it works more efficient.

Greetz!
