Help... I had found this answer someplace before, but now I can't find it...
 
We have some Vista clients attaching to a SBS 2003 SP1 server.  These clients cannot set the default printer, and it defaults to Adobe PDF.  I need these clients to have a network printer as their default printer.
 
These network printers are shared off the SBS 2003 server.
 
Any ideas?

I would try setting the default printer in Group Policy on the server.
