The BITS and Windows Update services are started.

wuauclt doesn't seem to do anything whether run as an administrator or run from the network or local administrator account.

I've had quite a bit of a search but can't seem to find anything.

Any clues?

Cheers.

Just realised that all of the PCs haven't reported but they're all getting the updates as normal.

Seems that some of the updates have "stuck".

It's half sorted now.

Half the machines are reporting but the other half aren't. Hopefully it's just a matter of time as they only started doing it an hour ago.

The problem was that I had only added the Server group to group policy, not the group with the rest of the desktops in.
