I have a server with a rather large RAID 5 setup.
 
1TB, 2 partitions (OS and Files)
 
Now I want to backup and the easiest way possibly with the least amount of downtime. I was thinking of getting a 1TB mybook from Western Digital, and doing NTBackup...but is there an easy way to backup both the exchange and OS with it?
 
How about bare metal restores with NTBackup and a USB device? Possible? Better Soutions?
 
How about a SCSI Tape? Can we do a Bare Metal with that in case of a complete hardware failure?
