Today I have tried to add some new users to a customers SBS 2000 server and have found that the New User Wizard via the Admin console has gone through without error, but none of the email fields have been filled in and the Email addresses tab in the users Properties is empty. If i manually try to create their SMTP address and x.400 address, it still does not allow the user to logon to the Exchange server.
I'm not sure what could be causing this all of a sudden.

Any ideas?

Mariëtte Knap Smallbizserver.Net AdministratorMission accomplished. We have joined the branch office to our SBS 2003 Headquarters and have the same user experience on the branch office as we have on our local  network at the Headquarters. Want to know how? Hmmm, did not notice you were talking about SBS 2000. Are all service packs installed? You should really upgrade to SBS 2003 asap
