Hi all,
 
I just installed 2 new worksations on an SBS2003 w/sp1 Premium network. These workstation are running WinXP pro w/SP3.  The offer remote assistance does not work.  Has anyone come across this yet?  I can ping the ip, i can connect to them via Terminal Services, but Remote Assistance tells me access denied.
