I have being using a discussion board on Sharepoint in SBS2003 as a kind of daily diary. Is there a way to move that to a discussion board on Sharepoint in SBS2008?
Is it possible to backup and restore or to export and import?

As SBS 2008 has just RTM-ed, it will be a while before you can get your hands on it. SBS 2008 will come with a migration document, but I haven't looked at that yet. The Official SBS Blog : SBS 2008: Released to Manufacturing!:

Mission accomplished
. We have joined the branch office to our SBS 2003 Headquarters and have the same user experience on the branch office as we have on our local network at the Headquarters. Want to know how?
