Does anyone know how to get a copy of an email that is sent to a distribution group email address (e.g mail@123company.com) forwarded to more than 1 recipient ?

I can only seem to do it for 1 in exchange server, please help?

the way it works is the email is forwarded directly to another users inbox, appearing as being sent from the original sender (as opposed to FW: etc), and keeps the original email in its distribution group Inbox where it was orignally sent.
