I would like to install CRM (Workgroup) v4 on SBS 2003 R2 Premium. I have reviewed Microsoft's "Implementation Guide" and the "Planning Guide", and I also have read information on the web about advice on installation.
 
I wonder if anyone has produced a detailed guide providing step-by-step instructions that captures all the little "extra" or SBS-specific advice (something like the CRM v3 guide that is available through this web site). Any ideas?
