Hello,
 
When i try to install SBSBPA i get a setup error > Failed to install catalog files.
This is with SBS2003 without any servicepacks installed.
I read on Microsoft that SBSBPA is for all SBS2003 installations, even without service packs, is this right?
 
Can anyone help me with this?

I don't think so. I think you will need .Net 2.0 at least but I would install all service packs and then run the BPA
